Klipo is a clipboard manager for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. We design the app so that clipboard data remains on your devices and, when enabled by you, in your Apple iCloud account. This policy explains what Klipo processes and the controls available to you.

1. Information Klipo Processes

To provide clipboard history, search, pinboards, extensions, sync, and paste features, Klipo may process:

  • Clipboard content such as text, links, colors, image data or previews, and file paths.
  • Pinboards, pinned states, retention settings, themes, language, shortcuts, and display preferences.
  • Local metadata used for display and search, including source app name, app icon, file name, or file path.
  • Purchase and entitlement status used to unlock Pro features.
  • Information you choose to provide when contacting support.

2. Local Storage and iCloud Sync

Klipo primarily stores clipboard history and settings on your devices. If you enable iCloud sync, supported app data is synchronized through Apple CloudKit to your iCloud account. Klipo does not operate a separate server that collects or sells your clipboard history.

3. Keyboard and Share Extensions

The Klipo keyboard reads only the history snapshot provided by the main app. Text insertion does not require Full Access. Full Access is used when you explicitly choose to copy an image from the keyboard to the system clipboard. The share extension processes content only after you choose “Save to Klipo” from the system share sheet.

4. System Permissions

  • Clipboard access, when needed to save or reuse content.
  • Full Access for the iOS keyboard, when you choose to copy images.
  • Photo Library add access, when you choose to save an image.
  • Accessibility permission on macOS, for optional automatic paste after an explicit action.
  • Login item permission on macOS, if you enable launch at login.
  • iCloud access, if you enable synchronization.

5. Purchases

Purchases, subscriptions, trials, and restoration are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. We do not receive your card number, Apple Account password, or full payment credentials. Klipo reads verified entitlement status to unlock purchased features.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Information may be handled by Apple when you use iCloud, App Store, or StoreKit services; by your email provider when you contact support; or when disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect users, the developer, or the public.

7. Your Controls

You can disable iCloud sync, clear history, adjust retention, manage excluded apps, remove pinboards, disable launch at login, or revoke system permissions in device settings. Deleting the app or removing its iCloud data may remove local or synchronized data.

8. Website Privacy

This static website does not use advertising cookies, behavioral analytics, account sign-in, or a contact database. If you email us, your email provider processes the message according to its own terms.

9. Children’s Privacy

Klipo is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

2. 本机存储与 iCloud 同步

轻贴主要在你的设备上保存历史与设置。开启 iCloud 同步后，支持的数据会通过 Apple CloudKit 同步到你的 iCloud 账户。轻贴不运营收集或出售剪贴历史的独立服务器。

3. 键盘与分享扩展

Klipo 键盘仅读取主 App 提供的历史快照。插入文字不需要“完全访问”；仅当你主动选择从键盘复制图片到系统剪贴板时使用该权限。分享扩展仅在你从系统分享菜单主动选择“保存到 Klipo”后处理该次分享内容。

4. 系统权限

  • 在保存或重新使用内容时需要的剪贴板访问。
  • 从 iOS 键盘复制图片时需要的“完全访问”。
  • 主动保存图片时需要的照片图库添加权限。
  • Mac 上执行可选自动粘贴时需要的辅助功能权限。
  • 你开启登录时启动后使用的 Mac 登录项权限。
  • 你开启同步后使用的 iCloud 权限。

5. 购买

购买、订阅、试用与恢复购买由 Apple 通过 App Store 和 StoreKit 处理。我们不会收到你的银行卡号、Apple 账户密码或完整付款凭据。轻贴仅读取经过验证的权益状态以解锁已购买功能。

6. 信息共享

我们不会出售、出租或交易个人信息。使用 iCloud、App Store 或 StoreKit 时，相关信息可能由 Apple 处理；联系支持时由你的邮件服务商处理；法律要求或保护用户、开发者与公众安全时可能依法披露。

7. 你的控制

你可以关闭 iCloud 同步、清空历史、调整保留期限、管理排除 App、删除固定板、关闭登录时启动，或在系统设置中撤销权限。删除 App 或移除其 iCloud 数据可能会删除本机或同步数据。

8. 网站隐私

本静态网站不使用广告 Cookie、行为分析、账户登录或联系数据库。如果你发送邮件，邮件将由你所使用的邮件服务商依据其条款处理。

9. 儿童隐私

轻贴并非面向儿童设计，我们不会故意收集儿童的个人信息。

10. 变更与联系

我们可能随轻贴功能或法律要求变化更新本政策。如有隐私问题，请联系 fewerapp@gmail.com。
